I am having a real tough time with this HCL laptop that I bought a couple of years ago.
From the get go, you will have to keep spending money for one thing or the other. The power adapter went dysfunctional and then the USB port stopped working
You have to keep changing the batter for every 10 months.
The laptop produces a lot of heat and noise
Now I am trying to buy a new battery for the laptop but the customer support executives don’t have the contact number of their service center in Bangalore. They are asking me to go there in person to find out if they have the batter in stock.
