I bought the laptop 2 years ago and it was not a good experience. I got the laptop from an local laptop seller of HCL and he gave me all the description about the product and u was impressed.
It was an Pentium powered laptop with with 256gb storage and 1gb ram and at that time it was enough for me for the office work and starting months went by good as I was able to make presentations and surf the net.
It was laggy at that times but nothing like much problem. Then after 4 months the heating issue started happening when I had to do intensive 3 hours laptop time. Fans working all the time and was really annoying and also it was dying in 2 hours.
I got it checked but HCL service said its fine. After 29 days or so the laptop had a blue screen after I logged in to my newly installed windows 7. It was frustrating as my whole data was in that laptop.
I took it to service they said they will pull out hard drive to save data and wipe it. I lost some data in my C: \ drive and after that I bought a new laptop as my work is sensitive and u can’t lose it and the reason why I cant recommend it.
