Pros:
This product has awesome Touch Screen and style.
Cons:
(1) This product has untrustworthy battery life and 5V 2A Charger , which has traditional old generation built when compared with USB chargers of today. .
(2) I don’t know when it will have better signal strength using Wi-Fi , because other Tablets have shown better signal strength and supported fast data transfer.
(3) Camera Quality is also not worth of its MRP.
(4) Google Playbook contains many manifold Android apps, which this Tab does not support for most of applications.
I wish if HCL can refund my purchase price, please?
I purchased this Tablet from savings of 5 years and now, I am requesting refund from HCL.
This tablet(312STA007_5_) was not working and I took it for Warranty Service in Kolkata, where entire Motherboard was replaced FOC.
Customer Care helpline service was very poor.
Suggestions:
(1) HCL may improve this product by adding 4G in-built hardware.
(2) Customer Service Support need to be automated via Internet or SMS.
(3) Warranty Service Centres need to increased because Harware Quality is highly compromised.
(4) USB Chargers are widely accepted due to its flexibility to charge while driving too.
(5) Camera should be capable of 5 Mega Pixels at this MRP.
