One of my Friend bought a HCL desktop before two month, and now he is facing problem with his lcd monitor, Actualy there is a display problem with lcd, Here the main thing is this, He comlained many time but there is no result.Than he went to the dealer from where he purchased, They said you have to contect to HCL directly.They given a no. of company, but this no. alwayes keep busy.after that he went to dealer’s shop again. now they gave a another lcd to him but it was smaller than his real lcd monior.
It’s long but he is not got any final solution of his complained.
So friends check out the dealer or company before purchasing any product.
