Government company. Relax and work. Cab facility is good. Managers are good. Fun in the work place. Employees are friendly. Seniors are very helpful. Good for freshers. Good company for managers. Employee friendly company.
Only problem is you won’t get shift allowance. Poor appraisal. If you are in bench, with the previous bad rating, then there is high risk of you being thrown out of the company, else you will be asked to attend interview for the internal project, if you clear, then you are saved, or else after three attempts and after three months you will be asked to resign.
