Well HCL is one of the worst company. They change their rules at any time they want and force employee to agree it or employees will not be able to fill their timesheet. I was in Noida, Facility is not good at all. Transport facility provided by HCL is not upto the mark.only 7-8 shuttles are provided for 3K employees. Managers consider themselves as god. Heavy bond and 3 months of notice period does not make sense. Now shuttles are paid: 1K per month for those Garbage shuttles, even small companies are providing free full AC shuttles.
There is no transparency in HCL’s terms, if you want to take transfer from one region to another, forget it. 2%-3% increments and because of it all the seniors are frustrated human beings. In hand money is another failure. Even though my CTC was 3.25lpa, I was offered only 20K in hand pm. Probation period is of 1 year.
So in total not a good company, if you have other options run for them, dont get yourself into HCLTrouble.
PS: Managers can be rude when time comes, till then enjoy their fake smile:)

Almost every claim is false.
Also I came across an incident where, Subliminal Job Harassment, is used to deal with employees in HCL. Old firing method is now obsolete.Please be very careful and be prepared for what is going to happen at HCL. You will never know, what is coming at you!.
