The company has a appraisal rating system which starts from "Below Expectation (BE), Meets Expectation(ME), Exceeds Expectation (EE) and Outstanding(OS). Even after getting 5 OS rating in consecutive years an Employee can get only 10% hike in his appraisal.
In a team of approximately 50 people I witnessed at least 4 Group Project Managers 3 Senior Technical Managers 5 Technical Managers, this is one reason why really working employee cant get proper hike. whatever your team is earning is eaten by the long list of morons called managers. Just think more than once before joining.
