HCL Desktop Problem Request # 8501357113

This is the 8th reminder to you that no one can reach the place till now, its an pathetic services provided by the HCL hope no one can buy any product with HCL.


Lots of call made by me to inform people (CM Care) that the warranty will be expired on 20 Dec 2012 for the desktop which purchased by me on 21 December 2012 the problem was the sound is not working in the system.Tickets which made by HCL cm care on 18 October 2012 request # 8501357113 no body can followup adn still is pending.


will escalated to (Guarv Panday and Binay is the supervisor)  the cm care so many times but not get resoled till now.

Still no one can giving me the reply on the mail thanks for your all support if you will not send your executive with in 24 hour time then ?


just spoken with supervisor Binay and he committed on the recorded line that he will arrange the field supervisor till 15 November 2012 so keep waiting for the same.


Please check the below mail trail arrange it on priority.
