Don’t join HCl if you are freshers, it is worst company to start carrier.You have to face lots of pressure if you are un-experience, you will not learn anything.
They will make you work at minimum salary possible.They will give you lowest salary possible and puts lots of pressure on you.
They give lesser salary as compare to other company.They will emphasized on - "Your performance will judge", but actually they will not judge your performance, they will keep you until their work is done, as soon as their work is done than they will start saying that you are under-performing and all other things.At the time of interview they told me it is an permanent job you will get increment in your salary after seeing performance, but in reality they just need a person who will work under pressure and will finish tasks assign as soon as possible and they will kick you out.
Don’t join this company, don’t prefer this company for starting your carrier I don’t know about condition for experienced employee.I will never recommend this company to any one, in fact many of my friend has left this company and would not work for this company even if they will offer good salary.
