I have been going through all the reviews written by former, current employees and those who interacted with HCL through some interviews.
I have a read a post or a concern about this company I can say which was written two years back and even today I am facing the same problems exactly like they were before two years. If the company really want to show what they mean by their so called motto "Employees First Customers Next". They should atleast consider all these problems the employees are facing and try to come up with a solution. but I dont see any improvement in their way of organizing. Ex. Opportunities/Interests of Freshers, Annual Appraisal cycle, salary revisions, work life balance and most importantly mid level management politics.
HCL Employees of 2014 batch have given rating0. And today I am also giving rating to the company0. And I will never recommend this company to anyone and slowly and steadily everyone in IT sector will know about this company and nobody will ever choose to join. I can pretty surely tell that company will be going down because of employees dissatisfaction in almost everything.!
