HELL interview at HCL lasted for 3 week

Recently I attended interview in State Street HCL (I) Pvt Ltd a BPO for State Street Bank US. BFSI (Banking & Financial services) domain.


After one week I received e mail from them asking me to send scan copy of all my original documents, after two week again they called me and informed that your documents verified and need PASSPORT ASAP, I said I will apply for it ASAP, Third week I received another e mail with sample offer letter and salary package.


Before discussing about salary, let me tell you about myself, I am MBA finance graduate and Worked in Mutual Fund Industry for 1.5 years and drawing salary 13K (On hand)P/M. When I saw the salary structure sent by HCL it was some thing like this.. Total Salary 12654 with conditions such as 1.Transport Allowance 2000 "To be paid as monthly allowance only if the employee does not avail Company Transport"

  1. "Attendance Allowance has been included with a max limit of Rs.1000/- pm payable as follows

100% Attendance Allowance - 0 unscheduled leaves


50% Attendance Allowance - 1 unscheduled leave


0% Attendance Allowance - More than 1 unscheduled leave"


3.Advance Bonus 700P/M (Which should no be a part of salary)


4.So if you see the real salary it will be Rs.8954 P/M --- Much less than what I got in my previous company.


Later the HR called me and started shouting at me for the reason that why I have not communicated to him about the interest or no interest in JOB. When I started talking about salary package he started giving me big lecture on employees ethics, profession, and their limit. His tone was such that as if I am his employee and committed big mistake by asking about salary.


HCL is one of the worst and fraud company in India.They just want to exploit cheap available labor force in India by paying very very less salary. I request all my national people to by BOYCOTT HCL and other such companies who does not respect and exploit labor force. Our Govt of India should take actions against such companies and protect the labor force from these devil companies. Govt should introduce "PAY PER HOUR" basis of salary in our country also, as in USA. In USA  employees are paid on the basis of hour they work. If company makes employees work for long hours they have to pay huge salary to employees.


Friends this is the time to bring all these atrocities of these big companies in front of the nation and GOVT so that new and strong Labor Laws can be made to protect the interest of the labor force in the country. My Total expenditure for attending this useless interview was as follows.


1.Auto Fare = Rs.100


2.Return bus fare = Rs.20


3.Lunch exp = Rs. 50

  1. Scaning Documents(Rs.10 per page) = Rs.350

5.Internet cafe charges(Rs.15 per half hr) = Rs.45


6.Pass port charges = Rs.3500 -------------------


Total Rs.4065 -------------------


I spent Rs.4065 for getting Rs.8954 package pm


This is how HCL cheat its prospective, current and former employees.


At last I rejected their (HCL) offer and Rs.8954 package pm


I am also attaching the photo copy of salary package as a proof.
