I was lured to HCL Technologies couple of years back because of their advt: Employee First Customers Second. But after joining I realized that it is just a slogan used and there aren’t any special policies that make employees happy.
Anyway, I worked there for more than a year but finally I had to resign because, the promise that my manager made was not fulfilled during the appraisal.
My appointment order said that I had to serve 2 months notice which I did. But my Manager and the HR joined hands and extended it to 3 months without intimating me. Since I had already committed to my next employer, I had to leave the firm after serving 2 months notice. But HCL did not give me the Relieving Letter, Exp Letter, Performance Bonus, 2 Months Salary, PF settlement, etc.
Worst, they have made me as Absconding and have altered my last working day to 2 months earlier than my actual last working day!
I am fed up following up with them and till date they have not paid my dues.
