Second is the transport facility ... They charge heavily for people coming from far 3000 rs. Appraisal system present only for Tamils.or Tamil speaking others who can always keep Buttering managers. Food cafeterias are junk low quality and high price ...coffee tea are like gutter waters made of low quality powdered milk.
Desktops are ultra ultra slow.. Small size monitors from HCL and also very bad cpu configuration. Ram sizes are like one used in home and internet is ultra slow. Hard disk crashes for no reasons all your work data gets lost suddenly. So be ready for that. For installing a bloody hell winzip we need to keep raising bloody tickets time waste they don’t know basically what’s there to be in a system onsite if you are manager’s cheta or Tamil.
Exit management system worst of all companies and salary structure hopeless..
Managers worst than politicians knowing nothing ..more than work simply wasting time conducting waste useless meetings review processes and forwarding mails..
Even ac gets switched off after 6.30 so no.air inside after 6.30 to breathe.They treat employees as dogs.. I want to scold more but its useless so restraining myself. Don’t join to anyone who wanna join
