Frustration

Ya the title suits the bank, they are not sitting to help infact they have been hired to irritate their customers. I had just called HDFC to find out my account details and over the phone the agent gave me a offer to move to life time free debit card and took my details and processed the request it has been 3 weeks more over now I am constantly calling them and the IVR is so frustating I keep getting charged for the call but I never get any agent online to talk with and get my issues fixed. Why the hell give any offers when you can`t fulfill it. it wasted my time and built up frustration for no reason and the best part is I don`t know if the new card is dispatched but my old card is blocked how amazing. I will never recommend this bank
