Hdfc bank is ranked as the number 1 in private sector and as the 3rd largest among all banks in india including PSBs but above all it stands nowhere in the hearts of customers or public.
surveys, reviews, etc about hdfc bank clearly show that it has now stopped showing importance to its customers.
example- a simple call to the call centre for just knowing about the credit card outstanding balance as of date waited the customer for 48minutes on hold, because of which ultimately the customer left doing banking with hdfc bank.
to gain the position in indian economy is difficult but to maintain it for a longer period of time is the most difficult one.
