Worst customer service

HDFc customercare services are very poor, they did not respond properly and even the toll free numbers also dis not respond properly.


The online services are little bit good and the card transactions also nice but, if wehad any issues the bank people do not respond properly.


And not only in one branch overall HDFC banks are like this only.


While opening accounts and all they tell so many stories but when coming to the part of service they donot give proper response just they told you to go to head office and all the useless things
