HDFC application is the worst banking application amongst all banks, it is very inconvenient to use this application.
I used to have a salary account with HDFC and therefore I had to use application, I left job and therefore salary was not credited in the account for few months, also I had to change phone as my phone as my phone's screen got broken, now HDFC bank started charging for not maintaining the minimum balance, I had an accident due to which my phone was broken and also I lost my debit card. When I got a new phone I tried to access the application but everytime it says you can't login as you have already registered from some other phone, it is so irritating now, from where should I get that phone so that I can access the application, I called customer service about this but they clearly said they can't help with this, I wanted to transfer money from my ICICI app to this account to avoid any charges but due to this terrible application I could not do it ever.
It is inconvenient for a person like me to log in on the website as I can't keep doing that, I am more into mobile application but after this experience I will definitely close the account now.
