Could be more better

Hello friends I am a regular customer of HDFC bank so I am using HDFC mobile banking in my smartphone but didn’t find so valuable as it could be better due to following reasons.


Mobile banking registration: -it takes very large time for mobile banking registration.first of all it send SMS from registered mobile number then it gets verified after multiple attempts.so this could be much better.


Interface: -its interface becomes more complicated when I updated it.earlier version was very nice and simple but after updating it becomes more complicated when scroll up and down.such kind of bugs must be removed.


Debit card: -there is a section like details of debit card and credit card like debit card status, debit card hot listing but there is no section for debit card rewards points.although there is section for credit card rewards points but no section for debit card.so we can’t redeem debit card rewards points on the application and this can only be done on hdfc internet banking.so it would be better if such options are integrated with it.


Mobile recharge: -there is a section for mobile and bill payment but there is no cash back offers available.so nobody will use this service as there is no cash back offer available.


After discussing with above points I found it good but there is a lot of improvement to make it so valuable.it should carry all features in the app so we can say Bank at your finger tips.
