Any average consumer takes credit card with the hope of a good service and good reward point conversion. But even afyer usinh this credit card for over 7 years , I have been treated like an ordinary customer or worse sometimes a defaulter. I have a visa card ending number as * 35.
I have had a great history with the Credit Card as since 3 years on trot I have never missed any payment and have always paid before the due date. I have summarized my unhappiness in the following points that will make the customers easy to understand my plight. I am putting up with this only to sustain a good credit history.
They are very very uncooperative about changing the payment due date and billing date.
The card has one of tye worst reward conversion to money rate even though it says its a money back card.
Despite having a good income you don’t get the credit limit raise ans you have to beg through n times sending the required forms until they oblige.
The customer service representatives are one of the most annoying people you will ever see. They dont give the solution you look for but always put you on hold and come up with excuses in the place of solution.
Your credits are recorded on the spot but your debits have to wait for a long 48 to 72 hours.
Hence, my frustrations on using this card is really at its peak.
