Today I visit my brother bank hdfc mg road branch to deposit 9000/- rupees. I fill the deposit form stand in long queue. In this bank has four cash deposit counter but work only one. Another one for non cash counter. I wait for above 30 min, my number was 5th position. It is so laziness and wrost service to customers. They count Rupees four times why? If they have currency counting machine. This is not enough person also talking to phone in between all the process. One person talking to another person but not interest to give service to customers by open another counter. If you are deposit cash amount you must also fill your purpose, relation, phone number with account holder. This is first bank asking such query. It is totally waste of time.
