One of their executive approached me for a visa credit card but when received found that to be a Discover credit card. Contacted their customer care many times but no resolution.
Finally discontinued the card.Same experience with their home loan department. I submitted all the required documents to one of their employee but it took them 1 month to sanction the loan. They even were not interested in telling the reason for this delay.
I sent about 10-12 emails but they didn’t even bothered to reply. Created many tickets on their website, results were same as above.SO I wont recommend to use any of the services offered by HDFC.
