I remained with HDFC consumer for a long time and very much satified with their serices. I was salary account with them with their Sector-8, Panchkula Branch when I was employed. Due to quiting from job I closed that account. Now I am using only Credit card of this bank. They are reguarly providing me best offiers on their credit card. I can also convert my credit card payment into EMIs.
The only problem with them is customer support on mobile phone. I have to face problem when, I have a qurrey and needs their assistance on telephone. Lot of time they have consumes to come forward for assistance on telephone.
