I am using HDFC bank since 2 years and my experience is not good with this bank and I am not satisfied with this bank.
Service:
This bank is worst when it comes to service I wanted to make a new account in this bank and shift my money to the new account. But it was not done at once I have to visit the bank 6 times in 2 months for this work and finally after 2 months this work was done by the bank that’s why now I am planning to shift to another bank.
Acceptance of Cards:
When it comes to acceptance of cards HDFC credit and debit cards are accepted everywhere whether you wany to use it in shopping mall or you want to do recharge with paytm or any other app or you are doing online shopping it is accepted everywhere.
Security:
If you keep your hard earned in this bank you will never need to worry about if you are using it online you can use it without thinking that your money will be in danger and the ATM’S and Banks of HDFC are also guraded 24* 7 so your money is safe with this bank.
Personal Experience:
My personal experience is not good with this bank because this bank is having a rule that if you make your account in this bank you have to maintain your balance above 25, 000 or 10, 000 if your balance is below the fixed amount they will start to cut your account balance in small amounts like 500-800 Rs per month. And this happened with me when the limit of my account was 25, 000 and I have to struggle 2 months to make the minimum limit to 10, 000.
Reccomodation:
I would not reccomend this bank to anyone because of the rule I have mentioned above
