Costly and poor service for customer

HDFC bank has many fault towards people and I am writing some problems I faced early. They requires us to maintain a minimum amount of 10, 000 rupees balance at in main balance always.


Their website is with full of bugs and not easily to use and loading time is too slow, They make high amount of interest in few months and customer service is very bad, bank and ATM not widely available. They only need banking profit, they need payment at any cost, sometimes makes unwanted calls to the customers and force them, very high charges in customers loan account, personal loan, credit card. If we do not maintain minimum money, they impose extra charges and penalty, and deduct from main balance. Their procedures are without any ensurement. Net banking is poor to the customer.
