Worst bank in this world. Dont ever go for anything to HDFC bank. There is no trust for the bank to the customers. I have already given complaint about this bank to police station and mahila ayog. The executives who are working in hdfc are not qualified and they dont know how to behave with customers wife or sisters. If any guy takes loan, then his wife or sisters should being very bad condition because they really dont know how to behave with ladies.
They will harass like anything. I have given harassment complaint to Mahila Ayog and police station against Mr jagadish (executive and his manager name is Vijay kumar). There is no direct number to talk to managers. If any problems then managers we cant talk to anyone. If we want to talk to managers then customer care executive will connect to managers it seems. but they will never connect to managers.Customer care support is worst than anything. Executives will come in front of your door if u miss to pay emi for one month and they will harass u like anything.
I got harassed by these executives and inquiry is going on against Mr Jagadish. When u want the loan, they will talk to u nicely and give so much respect but suppose u will not be able to pay emi for any reason bank will treat u as dog. I have not taken loan from hdfc, my husband has taken and I am no way realted to this bank but I got harassed.
I have taken loan from SBI and I couldn’t pay emi for 1 month and nobody called me / nobody ask me why didnt u pay or there is a due for this month. even if they ask its fine. because its thier duty but harassing people is very bad that too I am no way realated to the bank.. So please guys, Do go for HDFC bank loan and make your wife, sisters, ur kids to struggle. You will not get any support from managers / customer care support/ any branches.
Please please do go for any loan in hdfc bank. or please dont have any bank account in hdfc.
Its a worst worst worstest bank in india !!! be careful if u have already taken loan from hdfc bank.
