Since I am using Hdfc acoount And I wanted to add an amount of 5 thousand from HDFC bank to their very own wallet Payzaap on 17th June. unfortunately amount got deducted from tm account but not added to the payzapp wallet.
I tried to reaching customer services and dropped multiple email regarding this issue, and received mail after 10 days that the deducted amount will be refunded within 5 days, buy after 50 days the amount has not been still credited, and customer worst they don’t have any valid information only a robotic answer every time .
1.Phone banking is pretty well
2.atm is available with low cash every time
3.they have(Hdfc) featured internet banking
4, customer service is worst
