I am having a account in HDFC bank since last year and its services are very good but in past time some of the branches went under construction and I had to go far away bank for transitions but after sometime they were back to their place.
I like their bank as the account is opened very fastly provide all the services free of cost for first 2 years. I mainly use this bank as a payment on online shopping as it charges a very less amount of transition fees as compared to other banks. I also liked it services as it is only the bank which even avail its service on sunday for 3 hours. In case of heavy transit we can even go to the bank on sundays. It also keeps much cash with it in case of any heavy transition.
The loans provided by the bank are at the cheap interest rates. Last year I took a loan for buying a personal computer and I made it down in 3 months by just paying 500 rs extra . The staff of the bank is very helpful and fast working. They never refused to do any work and solve any query. I use this bank maily for net banking as it is the safest gateway to payment it sends a Otp on registered mobile number at every transtition to make sure verification.
It provide me other facilities too like Atm, Cheque book, pass book, mobile alerts, deal alerts and much more. There are 12 Atm of this bank located in my city as per bank manager which I think is good to save Atm transitition fees. The bank also provides locker at a cheap rate and automatically deducts the charge from my account. The security of bank is very tight as it is guarded by 2 guards in my city and has a bank brak alarm too.
