Today we all need savings and that’s why I opened saving account in hdfc bank.Worst bank I ever deal with, they are very unprofessional whenever you call them. They have blocked my account even after I submitted all the documents or application once again in HDFC branch and they don’t give a proper reason that why account is blocked.every time they gave different type of reasons.i am totally disappointed with it.
Call centre senior guys always disconnect my call after listening to complain and even though branch manager is not reverting on mails.And as a title big name but poor service .if you do not serve properly don’t expect good reviews by customers
