They have the worst customer service in any bank that exists, has existed, and will ever exist on the face of the earth. For example, I went to set up my account and they took a long process for it. Then, they send everything AND the IPIN, but are taking over a month to send the debit card. And now, they’re telling me that I cannot set up NetBanking on my account and that sending the IPIN was a mistake. If you have an account here, shut it down and open an account anywhere else, I guarantee you that they will provide a better service. And if you are thinking of opening an account here, don’t. You will be treated like you are nothing to them. Mentally brain dead staff, useless bank living off of the attention they got back in the day.
