I had loans from Standard Chartered, ICICI Bank, SBI and HDFC Bank. My experience with SBI was the best. Worst is HDFC. Their customer care(Phone) is .I don;t have words to explain. Better don’;t call.
They don;’t have Home Loan online. They increase rates without informing. No intimation.They charge interest etc if you pre-pay some amout.
Moreover if you write them mail, they would not get back. If you go to the branch, there would be atleast 30-40 min queue. and worst part is they open around 10am and close by 2pm or 5pm depending on the day of the week.
With ICICI, they actually listen to your problem first and then do some action. Most of the time positive.
With SBI and ICICI, since they have online Loan account, I can see which month I have paid what amount of interest, which is hidden in HDFC.
