As I recently opened my account in hdfc bank and got my mobile banking username password and after waiting 7 days then services got activated and but the money send cant be done when I add payee in it to which I want to send so I think service should be improved and should be fast and customer service also should be improved because when I want to inform my problem regarding net banking then the routes got busy sometimes and many time no one picked up the phones so it sometimes got irritating me that service is not very fast and reliable ATM service some better but mini statement print not give some information.
