HDFC bank is one of the biggest banking service provider of India. I am having an account in HDFC bank and here I am going to discuss some facts about HDFC bank. First of all the policies are not clear. Customer services are really pathetic. Branch availability is not good , you won’t find any of the HDFC branches in towns.
Number of ATM machines are not sufficient although if you are an account holder of HDFC so it provides you a facility that you can withdraw money from any bank’s ATM machine without any extra charge. Internet banking is really very disappointing . first of all if you are a credit card holder then you are going to face large number of issues regarding your bills.
