I have opened a bank account in this bank in 2003 and now it has almost 15 years and I don’t face any kind of complication regarding any procedure or anything as far as this bank is conserned.
I have also a salary account in HDFC BANK and so far I am getting my salary without any problems created by this bank.
Althought I would like to mention a liitle disappointed a feel regaarding this bank is that they provides less interest rates on fixed deposits which are 7.5% for a peruod of I year, which I think they need to focus on because other banks are providing near about 8% .
I am also using their credit card facility which I think is must in today’s world, and which is also working great for me. And is more secure as compared to other banks.
