HDFC was good sometimes back, when they cared for the customers. Now the things have changed. The Government banks have improved much more than HDFC and HDFC has become one of the most ill-managed bank. Maybe it is time to provide training similar to other banks so that HDFC once again regains the same reputation that it was having few years back.
All organisations pass through a cycle and at the moment HDFC is passing through a phase of laziness and lethargy. I like HDFC and hence request the senior management to once again revive the spirit of customer friendly-ness among the bank employees less the downfall will start.
