I am a normal account holder, I was suppose to withdraw my money through cheque from sion cinemax branch..The bank suppose to open at 9.30 but I entered at 9.20 the security guy shouted on me. I said sorry I didn’t see the time board. When am in the process of clearance with the staff he spoke in such a horrible way. I felt to slap on his ruddy face. But I controlled myself. After that I asked about debit card department, he instructed through finger.
I could have shown my finger to him.but I have some ethics on me. Worst staff, bad customer service, lack of knowledge. When I reached there nobody is there to attend me.If I ever see that person in my life outside of bank sure that he is going to hospital. Matlab uski Band Baja uuga...
