Pathetic customer service

Bank calls with wrong information asking me to pay bills that I don’t owe the bank. Amounts to harassment.

Bank usually calls asking to pay credit card bills that are already paid, or which have not been generated yet. Sometimes they call 4 weeks in advance to’remind’ me to pay the bill next month, usually just after I have paid the bill this month.

But when I try to reach them on the phone, it is extremely difficult to get to a human.Strange indeed.
