I applied twice for HDFC credit card in 2017 but in both the istance they rejected my application without imforming me about it which by the way is against the RBI rules
I applied once again for HDFC credit card and I was given personal assurance that it will get approved and I also get a message from HDFC stating mu application is approved but I didn't hear anything from HDFC for next 2 weeks or so and when I enquired they said it was rejected again because I don't satisfy some internal critirion. They refused to share the details when I asked them what that criterion is.
