I have my salary account with HDFC bank since last one year. There is also a current and demat account in HDFC though I have never used these two accounts. I am very satisfied and happy with the facilities and servies provided by HDFC. The netbanking facility is superb. Anything and everything can be done via net banking. I can check my account summary easily. I have also opened Fixed deposit and recurring deposit very easily using netbanking without having going to the branch.
The debit card provided by bank helps me withdraw cash from any ATM free of cost upto 50000rs each day. The debit card enables me to do shopping removing the hassle of carrying cash.
Last month my HDFC debit card got stuck in ATM. I used HDFC phonebanking and called customer care executive and asked them to lock my card. I also placed request for a new card. This process was quite smooth and executives were cooperative. My new card arrived within 4 working days.
