This is to inform you people that HDFC Bank charges Rs 50/- per call
you make on phoneBanking service. This came as a shocker to me and it is absolutely crazy.Have any of you people got
similar experiences to share?.
The problem is that they don’t communicate about it any which ways.at least to me and I have been availing HDFC phoneBanking for many years now and out of the blue found Rs150/- deducted from my account. When I called up, the teleBanker said that they have started levying charges from last month itself. Paying for a service is okay, till its communicated to you, but deducting money without information is cheating people.
Here. Have a look at the website, nowhere has it been mentioned that they charge money for their phone banking service. Even when you call phoneBanking, they should inform people that proceeding to speak to a phoneBanker will attract charge. Nope but they seriously need some money I guess!
