Possibly the only bank in the whole world that will take TWO working days to update a mobile number. Can you beat that!! 2 working days for a mobile number update. And the customer care executives are clueless about this process and they say it updates almost immediately. Even in the old age banks like Indian Bank I dont think it takes 2 days for a contact information.
You might as well go physically to the branch and get this update done and that will take just one day. And the most convenient way to update info through phone banking will take 2 bloody days. I am surprised that this bank has so many customers with no modern facilities. Most banks allow you to modify the contact information on your own online.
