I live in Bhubaneswar, the state capital of Odisha and have been banking with HDFC Bank, Main Branch, Bhubaneswar since the year 2001 and I have a lot of appreciation for this bank and could not control not writing a review on it.
About the Bank in Bhubaneswar: When I opened my savings account in this bank in 2001, there was only one branch of it on the ground floor of hotel’Jajati’ near Master Canteen square. Now it has several branches operating in the city and the main branch has been shifted to Ram Mandir Square.
Service: The service of this bank is very fast and the staff members of it are absolutely professional in dealing with the customers. One needs to stand in the counters for a few minutes for a deposit or withdrawal. However, Internet banking has been already initiated since long back. One can make a missed call to toll free number 18002703333 to know the balance at any time.
Ambiance: When you enter its office, a receptionist would ask you the service required and very politely will guide to the respective officer or counter. There is enough space within the office and there are special desks for the customers to fill up the required forms.
SMS Alert: Every transaction made on the account is instantly informed to the customer through mobile SMS service. Important offers are also informed from time to time.
ATM Service: HDFC Bank ATM service was one of the first ones in the city and there are many ATM machines available in the city at all locations. I have never found an ATM machine running out of cash or out of order in these 14 years I have been associated with this bank.
Finally, I must say that although my salary account is in another bank, still I operate with this bank due to fantastic service provided by it and recommend everyone to go for it.
