Worse branch I have ever seen, if you go to them they will throw you out saying some thing is wrong in your application and tell you change the form itself. They will not have time to talk to you even they are free. Very much like a govt bank. Manager will not be available to speak to. They will come to you only if they get something from you.
The bank is only useful for depositing money. Better use ATM to withdraw. This is not the first time, I am working in ITPL, so I have to use this branch, I had given many applications for change of address, which is of no use at all, I don’t know where they throw the applications. When I tried to end my FD account prematurely they asked for receipt, which I hadn’t got when I opened.
I called BWSSB branch and told them to fax it and they did. When I went after that they are telling, it’s a joint account and both have to sign. I did the FD through Net banking, do you have an option for selecting or I used my customer ID and password to open the FD, So why should you made it joint. If I am not able to get my money when I need why should I have to use the FD facility? Please advice. I need the money for an emergency. So try to solve this as soon as possible.
