I visited HDFC bank Kalyani Nagar Pune branch on 16th July 2017.
I was having two work, one was to update the nomination details for my mutual fund and other to close one of my HDFC account.
Since then till today nor my account got closed nor the nomination details got updated.
I visited the branch more than 5 times. One person says go to the next counter. When I go their he says go to Bund Garden Branch.
So when I visited Bundgarden Branch the first person told me to go to next counter. I went their he said go to Boat club road Branch.
I visited there, they said that mutual fund details are not updated here go to our AMC Office in Pune Camp MG Road that too in between Mon-Fri.
Horrible experience. I will close all my HDFC account and will never recommend to anyone.
