The staff of HDFC, Nonika Katyal and Indira Kaul provided us wrong information by sharing a wrong link for EMI payment on 5th May, 2025.On raising a query regarding the same, they imposed a fine on us the next day. They pressurised us to pay the amount with fine. We have written several mails to them in customer care number but every time they fool us shifting the blame on us.
HDFC grievance redress also numbers don’t work/ don’t accept valid response and also the Branch Manager at India Habitat Centre is never available to attend to customers.
We have a bitter experience with HDFC again and again.
We shall never avail their services ever in the future.
