YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH ANY OTHER BANK. I have been a customer for 22 years, but still they treat me like they suspect I am a fraud. They allocate a special Relationship Manager to you who cannot help you more than your computer can. This Bank has no idea of Customer Satisfaction and it is not important to them. Any high value check you issue they will delay clearing with all reasons. Any Check you Deposit make will take 3 days to clear even if local. Customer Service will never help you and will always point their fingers to another department. NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBILITY!
