Such a worst bank ever. Fraud Transaction happened on my card on 11th Feb 2019 and have requested Phone banker to block the card and raised a dispense form @ Raja Rajeshwarinagar, I sent soft copy also via mail to Cred824it team.
Without my knowledge they have raised a request for new card, I said NO for that till date I didnt receive any new card also but new card charge also added to my bill.
Its been 2 years am using HDFC Cred824it, none of the months I kept my due as pending. I paid EMI at seshadripuram branch also for an alternate Hotlisted account also on 7th Mar 2019.But, I havent received any confirmation message for that particular.
On 9th Mar 2019, suddenly they have hold on salary account with a deduction of 19885/-(fraud transaction and investigation is in progress), I called customer care. Phone banker told you have enabled the auto aishwaryasingh23ment.When I asked phonebanker to send the proof, he said SORRY by mistake I have told.
That instance made me to write an email to MD, later my mails were started responding. Now they have made my card limit from 35k to -1500/-.
Am so clueless what to do. Kindly suggest.
My personal advice, Please dont be a customer for HDFC.
