I am an HDFC customer and trying to connect to customer service suport and each time it keeps me waiting for 9 minutes and then they disconnect automatically.Even the number is not toll free.Its looting my hard earned money.HDFC is a big scam never ever open the account.I am closing my account and will open in ICICI really much better bank and service.HDFC very poor and worst service.i even wrote to the MD of the company and still no result so you can imagine how worst their management is.
