Please help me out. I’m the victim of this bank’s poor security system. 4 hrs back, I received e-mail from bank stating that 2 lac Rs has been wired from my bank acct at HDFC to some other account..I made no such transactions..
I’m trying to get in touch with bank people but the customer centre is worst. They don’t know anything except to say to me to file a police complaint..i’m already doing that but I’m totally baffled as to what next? I didn’t even took the credit card of this acct..and never transferred money on net..
If you have any info regarding the steps to be taken please let me know. Also if you know any cyber law expert here at bangalore, please help me out. If this has occurred in past also. Is there any luck with police or court? The bank will be the last to take responsibility I guess, either way that bank is losin its repute..
I never had any such problem when I used extensive net banking with ICICI. Any help is welcome please.
