I am having salary account with HDFC bank from past two years. For getting any salary account employees of this organisation will do any thing. Once you give your approval to open your account their responsibility will be over. There is lack of moral behaviour among the employees of this bank. I have worked at many places and at every place I suffered with the response given by the employees. For any issue if you will contact nearest branch then also your issue will not be addressed properly and if you call their customer service centre then you can feel the depth of unprofessionalism and vulgarity in language. For givings loans and distributing credit card these people wil even come to your home or will ask to whatsapp your passport size photograph and ID proof and after that they will sign on loan document on your behalf. This is really insane. Oncce you take their credit card I bet you cant repay their bill ever I dont how these people can charge 12% of interest on a 0% interest credit card on the top it this bank does not allow you to deposit or withdraw cash without cheque these guys are really incredible. All this I have experienced with this higly reputed reputed organisation in city Bhubaneshwar, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
