For the month of July, I had to pay a minimum payment of Rs. 570/-. I dropped a cheque of same amount on 29th of July to Magarpattacity branch, Pune. I dont know how but cheque was showing reflected on 7th Aug & there is a late fee of Rs.392.84.
The last date of payment was 1st of Aug. Despite making couple of calls & launching complain regarding same, no response is observed from CC division.
When called up second time, they said your complain is rejected without giving any reason.
On the top of this, the guys talked to me on call center, were very much keen on forcing to me that this was my mistake & payment was not made from end. They were not ready to offer me any sort of help. On the top they were advicing me of other ways of payment (they think cheque is not valid way of payment).
This was totally unacceptable. Actually the overall system developed over years of this kind of CC service is to hide themselves from customer. There is no one responsible who can make a call or atleast show eagerness to solve your problems. On the top of that, they speak to you in such a way that you feel sorry for opting their service.
I just spoke to a guy saying that he will reverse the charges (though I am sure that will never happen).
It only leaves you frustated.
So next time they say, "We understand your world", better understand that they know you cant do much & they can leave you frustated.
